Happy New Year 2010 to all of our readers of our natural anti aging site, PureAgeless.
We hope you and your family have had a good holiday season and are looking forward to the year 2010 with optimism. Perhaps you have made some New Year’s resolutions. New Year’s resolutions such as losing weight, quitting smoking, exercising more, or finding a bioidentical doctor to help you through menopause or andropause. There are many anti aging new years resolutions you can make to help yourself to live better in the New Year.
The problem with New Year’s resolutions is that they are often hard to stick with and usually by the end of January into the new year, we’ve left our resolutions behind and taken up with our old habits again.
However, we can make this a year that we stick to our resolutions. We can make a promise to ourselves that we will live a more healthy life. Living a healthy life is actually a lifestyle choice and step by step, we can adopt small lifestyle changes into our lives. Trying to do everything at once is an almost impossible task. We’ve tried that before and it’s made us stressed to the max, overwhelmed, exhausted and tired. How about little changes which will eventually add up to a big lifestyle change?
If you smoke, cut down a few cigarettes a day, stop smoking in certain locations and at certain times. Try to break the habit a little bit at a time. Speak to your doctor about quitting smoking. There are many stop smoking aids available on the market today. Think about the benefits that quitting smoking will bring to you. For instance, your chances of dying earlier than you should, is a big plus. Your chance of having a heart attack or stroke decreases, your blood circulation improves, your lungs clear out, you will feel less tired and that continuous coughing will disappear. You will be saving money, money that is usually enough to book a nice holiday somewhere or pay for some anti aging cosmetic surgery you might want.
Eat more healthily. Another good New Year’s resolution to make. Perhaps, you want to lose weight. You can do this by changing your eating habits which must change as we grow older. Eat more protein, less fat, more leafy green vegetables, more fruit and whole grains. Snack on raw vegetables and nuts. Cut out the sugar and the processed food. Occasionally enjoy a glass of red wine. Take your health supplements which we need more of as we age.
If you are suffering from the symptoms of menopause find a bioidentical doctor or a naturopath to help you with hormone balancing.
Make small changes in your life to improve your overall health and well being. You can’t do it all at once, but making these small changes in small steps is a possible task. Trying to change everything at once is, for most people, absolutely impossible. Stay tuned to PureAgeless.com to keep up to date with the latest advances in natural anti aging. You’ll be doing yourself a favor. This year, be kind to yourself. You deserve it.
