Natural Anti Aging
Happy New Year 2010 to all of our readers of our natural anti aging site, PureAgeless.

We hope you and your family have had a good holiday season and are looking forward to the year 2010 with optimism. Perhaps you have made some New Year’s resolutions. New Year’s resolutions such as losing weight, quitting smoking, exercising more, or finding a bioidentical doctor to help you through menopause or andropause.  There are many anti aging new years resolutions you can make to help yourself to live better in the New Year.

The problem with New Year’s resolutions is that they are often hard to stick with and usually by the end of January into the new year, we’ve left our resolutions behind and taken up with our old habits again.

However, we can make this a year that we stick to our resolutions. We can make a promise to ourselves that we will live a more healthy life. Living a healthy life is actually a lifestyle choice and step by step, we can adopt small lifestyle changes into our lives. Trying to do everything at once is an almost impossible task. We’ve tried that before and it’s made us stressed to the max, overwhelmed, exhausted and tired. How about little changes which will eventually add up to a big lifestyle change?

If you smoke, cut down a few cigarettes a day, stop smoking in certain locations and at certain times. Try to break the habit a little bit at a time. Speak to your doctor about quitting smoking. There are many stop smoking aids available on the market today. Think about the benefits that quitting smoking will bring to you. For instance, your chances of dying earlier than you should, is a big plus. Your chance of having a heart attack or stroke decreases, your blood circulation improves, your lungs clear out, you will feel less tired and that continuous coughing will disappear. You will be saving money, money that is usually enough to book a nice holiday somewhere or pay for some anti aging cosmetic surgery you might want.

Eat more healthily. Another good New Year’s resolution to make. Perhaps, you want to lose weight. You can do this by changing your eating habits which must change as we grow older. Eat more protein, less fat, more leafy green vegetables, more fruit and whole grains. Snack on raw vegetables and nuts. Cut out the sugar and the processed food. Occasionally enjoy a glass of red wine. Take your health supplements which we need more of as we age.

If you are suffering from the symptoms of menopause find a bioidentical doctor or a naturopath to help you with hormone balancing.

Make small changes in your life to improve your overall health and well being. You can’t do it all at once, but making these small changes in small steps is a possible task. Trying to change everything at once is, for most people, absolutely impossible. Stay tuned to PureAgeless.com to keep up to date with the latest advances in natural anti aging. You’ll be doing yourself a favor. This year, be kind to yourself. You deserve it.

AntiAging Products

Published by PureAgeless under Anti-aging,Skin Care

If you are looking for antiaging products to use to help you fight the first signs of aging for anti-aging naturally and want to know more about what is available, you will find a lot of information here at PureAgeless. We do not sell any products at this site, but we do review anti-aging products and services for our readers. We want to know what is available and so do you as a consumer. We want to know what works, how it works and how healthy a product is that you will ingest or place on the surface of your skin on a daily basis.

If you are concerned about health and wellness, you probably know that everything you put on your skin is going to be absorbed by the skin covering your body into your system. You probably don’t want to expose your body to more chemicals than it already has. That’s why we like organic or natural anti-aging products. That’s the reason why we write about the many antiaging organic products that we have tested. You can buy the best anti-aging skincare products for your skin that are organic and good for you at your local health store, compounding pharmacy or even the regular pharmacy.

There are many healthy ingredients in organic antiaging skincare products, such as Nature’s Pür Element Body Butter in “Vanilla” for enriching dry aging skin. Not only should you keep your skin healthy on the inside with healthy nutrition, nutritional supplements, and positive lifestyle changes to help fight the diseases of aging, you can keep your skin healthy on the outside with organic moisturizers. Natural body butters were recommended to me by my esthetician who told me I should be using body butters now instead of lotions because of my very dry skin.

The ingredients include enriching antioxidants such as grape seed oil, olive oil, Vitamin A and Vitamin E which are good for your skin .and healthy. This body butter, for normal skin can also be used successfully on dry skin. It’s a wonderful healthy antiaging product for your skin care routine.
There are many other great antiaging products such as Jason’s Pure Natural & Organic “Dulce de Leche” Bathset of Hand and Body lotion and Satin Shower Body Wash provides an organic anti-aging treat for your skin in the shower. We tested the duo for period of four weeks and loved the brown sugar scent. The organic ingredients list impressed us as well. You probably didn’t know you could find such great antiaging products in your health store. Check out our other anti-aging products on our website to find the product that is right for you.

Knowing these products are better for you, keep an open mind about antiaging products which are organic and natural and so good for you. They are just as good as any of the anti-aging products which contain synthetic and chemical ingredients which are not good for your skin and body in the long run.
