Eve Pearl – The Miracle of Makeup
I came across a video on YouTube while searching for videos on plastic surgery and discovered a video called “Plastic Surgery Without The Surgery”, and watched in fascination the “miracles of makeup”. The makeup artistry in this video is performed by a woman named Eve Pearl.
The miracles with makeup she performs on naked faces is enough to make you reconsider diving into plastic surgery for a little while longer. I have since made contact with her and discovered her products, her stellar background and amazing talents.
Eve Pearl has won the Emmy Award four times for her work, is a celebrity makeup artist, author and producer of “Plastic Surgery Without The Surgery”, (DVD) and the book “The Miracle of Makeup Techniques”. She is the makeup artist to the stars including Meredith Vieira with NBC’s Today show and Who Wants to be a Millionaire. The of other stars whose faces she has done include: Kelly Ripa, Al Pacino, Kathy Griffin, Kevin Spacey, Kathleen Turner, Michael Douglas, Robert Downey Jr., Brooke Shields, Kiefer Sutherland, Liam Nisson, Carolyn Rhea, Carson Daly, Danny Glover, Nathan Lane, Dayna Devon, Christopher Walken, Carol Burnett, Danny DeVito, Tiffani-Amber Thiessen, Michael J. Her career began at the New York City Opera as an Assistant Makeup artist. Al Pacino was one of her first star clients. Other prestigious jobs that followed included positions at the American Ballet Theatre, the Metroplitan Opera House and Madison Square Gardens. Eve’s makeup artistry has also appeared magazines such as In Style, Vanity Fair, Good Housekeeping, People, Prevent, TV Guide, Glamour, Woman’s Day and Ladies Home Journal.
Over the years, she has developed a makeup line called “Eve Pearl” – products which include Foundation and Concealer Trios, Moisturizer, Anti-Shine, false eyelashes and other makeup products. She knows what works.
And as if she isn’t busy enough already – she teaches courses to both amateurs and professionals on how to create what is called “The Pearl Effect”. This “Pearl Effect” is a method which reveals and enhances inner beauty. She is able to make plain faces move from well, plain, to visually stunning, no matter what your age.
