A health and wellness center is perhaps one of the best places to go for assistance with anti-aging naturally because they provide services such as massage, chiropractic care, various forms of exercise. Rosedale Wellness Centre is located at 365 Bloor Street East in Toronto. It is a health and wellness centre which combines many services and philosophies with one goal in mind: the health and wellbeing of the individual. Their services include: chiropractic services, physiotherapy, acupuncture, wellness programs, massage therapy, wellness assessment, naturopathy, yoga and pilates classes and personal training. With all this in one location, they are serving the public that needs to save time and be able to deal with the stresses of modern life and all the health issues, aches and pains that accompany that life.

My first visit to the Rosedale Wellness Centre was a half hour Swedish massage. I was given a form consisting of questions concerning my health to fill out before I was taken to downstairs. When I had completed the form I was taken downstairs to a massage room that had low lights and relaxing music playing. I was told by the therapist to lie down on the massage table between two sheets. She placed warm sheets on my legs and back. My massage therapist was expert and considerate, telling me what she was doing as she did it and asking me if certain areas on my body hurt or not. She asked if her massage was relaxing me. She was skilled and experienced in the task she was completing.

I had only time to book a half hour for my appointment, but in conclusion, a half hour is not long enough. An hour long massage would have been perfect. But in the half hour I had, the masseuse massaged my neck, the back of my legs, she stretched the quadriceps of my legs by bending them to the backs of my thighs and she rotated my arms. Her task was performed with expertise. After the massage, she left me to lie there and relaxed before it was back to the daily grind of my life. Will I go back? Yes, definitely, for more massage to try out some of the other types of massages they offer and some yoga and pilates classes.
