Antiaging | Choline and Memory Loss

One of the problems of aging can be memory loss. For antiaging, choline is a mineral which has been shown in studies of adults over 50 to improve memory loss by 50%.

It has been found to assist in the absorption and use of good fats which are essential for cell membranes and to assist in the transport of signals between nerves in the brain’s structure.

Eating meat, nuts and eggs will add choline to your daily intake. If you do not eat enough of these foods, your brain can show evidence of memory loss. Choline can be purchased at your natural health store. For exact dosage, please check with you health store specialist or your Naturopathic doctor.  Nonetheless, choline should be a supplement to assist you in your anti-aging regimen.
