We finally have a contest winner!
It took longer to announce our contest winner this time because the person we thought was our winner was actually a spammer email. We wrote to our first winner to ask that he provide his mailing address to ship the prize to him and the email reply from him kept replying that “this is my new email address”. So we had to award the prize to Jean of Surrey, B.C. Congratulations Jean! We will be sending your gift bag of antiaging skincare goodies to you in the next post. First, we will pick up the goodies from Nature’s Bay, College Street, Toronto, and then will mail the package to you.
PureAgeless.com thanks all who participated in our third contest for anti-aging goodies.

No doubt you have heard about all the health benefits of olive oil and noticed that olive oil is often used as an ingredient in many hair and anti-aging skin care products. Well I just found another use for olive oil I wanted to share.
A friend told me a recipe for making your own makeup remover. It involved a mixture of three oils, two of them being olive oil and castor oil. Well, I didn’t have any in the house that night and I decided to give olive oil a try as a makeup remover. Result: it’s soft on the skin, works like a dream and the price is so right, costing about $6 - $8 for a huge bottle from the grocery store. I’ve put some olive oil in a small bottle and it’s now my makeup remover of choice in the bathroom. Also, it doesn’t smell so don’t worry about that
Just wanted to share this tip with our readers!

If you haven’t been feeling like making love with your honey lately and you’d rather wash your hair, it is probably because your body is low in the hormone testosterone. Testosterone levels in both men and women decline as the years go by, but it is possible to supplement with testosterone to bring back those feelings of lust and desire, so important for human beings of all ages.
Testosterone levels can be checked with either a blood or saliva test. If your levels are normal, then you will have to look deeper into why you are not feeling a little lusty for your partner. It could be overwork, stress or a variety of other relationship issues which will lower the testosterone in your body. Talk to your medical practitioner. But today, we are going to talk about testosterone supplementation in this posting.

Unfortunately, from the mid 20s brain function begins to decline. It becomes more noted though for some of us as we approach our early 50s.
There are many ways we can slow this decline. Training your brain with new activities as we age can help keep the brain “supple”. We are never too old to learn something new. Learn a new language, take a new course, read more books, pick up a new hobby, or any new activity which forces us to use our brain will help fight memory loss as we grow older. Learning to relax also helps immensely because stress inhibits optimum brain functioning.
