Product Review: Celestial Seasonings Peppermint Tea
I’ve taken up drinking peppermint tea on occasion and after sampling several different brands of peppermint teas, I found the most delicious one was Celestial Seasonings Peppermint Tea. The only ingredient in the tea is peppermint leaves.
Smooth and pleasant tasting, peppermint tea is believed to cure problems of the digestive tract such as indigestion and has been used to treat irritable bowel syndrome. It is also believe to help with allergy symptoms and asthma. Most recently, research has shown that it can help relieve symptoms of hirsutism (excess facial hair) in women by reducing androgen levels.
